Welcome to Camp Fanohge! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By enrolling in our BJJ camp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

• 1. Acceptance of Terms

  By registering for Camp Fanohge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate in our camp.

• 2. Registration and Payment

  Registration: Participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate information.

  Payment: A full payment must be made at the time of registration.

  Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 45 days of the camp start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 45 days of the camp start date.

• 3. Participant Conduct

  Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

  Safety Rules: Participants must adhere to safety rules and guidelines provided by the instructors. Failure to comply may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

• 4. Liability Waiver

  By participating in Camp Fanohge, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You agree to release Camp Fanohge, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the camp.

• 5. Health and Medical Conditions

  Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of the camp. Camp Fanohge reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for physical activity due to health reasons.

• 6. Intellectual Property

  All content, materials, and techniques taught at Camp Fanohge are the intellectual property of the camp and its instructors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
